Terms & Conditions

For ongoing assignments a Contract of Agreement must be signed by the client and returned before commencement of work.
Charges are made by the hour, rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes.
It will be assumed that all work has been proof-read by the client to check for errors. A surcharge may be applied for fast turnaround work and emergency last minute services.
For ongoing assignments invoices will be issued bi-monthly with payment due 10 working days from date of invoice.

Payment will be due on completion of work for projects.

Payment may be made by credit card, cash, bank transfer, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal.
